At Scale Up Credit LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality credit education, coaching, business guidance, and financial elevation services. Because our services involve immediate time, expertise, strategy creation, and preparation of personalized materials, all payments made to Scale Up Credit LLC are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or enrolling.

Due to the customized and time-intensive nature of our services—whether credit education, dispute preparation, business formation support, funding strategy sessions, or wealth coaching—we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Once payment is received:
• Work begins immediately
• A personalized client file is created
• Strategic planning and analysis begin
• Materials and onboarding resources are delivered

Therefore, all payments are final.

We cannot guarantee:
• Credit score increases
• Removal of specific negative items
• Business funding approvals
• Lender decisions
• Timelines or outcomes
• Any specific financial result

Refunds are not granted for:
• Delays by credit bureaus, furnishers, or government agencies
• Business formation processing times
• Lender funding approvals or denials
• Client inaction or lack of document submission
• Unmet expectations based on misunderstandings of the service.

Refunds are not provided for:
• Coaching calls booked or completed
• Digital documents or PDFs provided
• Custom dispute letters prepared
• Business formation guidance given
• Strategy sessions, audits, or reports generated

If access was given or work was performed, no refund is eligible.

Clients agree not to submit fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

In the event of a chargeback attempt:
• All work on the client’s file stops immediately
• The case will be sent to collections if the chargeback is not resolved
• Legal action may be pursued for breach of contract and damages
• Documentation and proof of services delivered will be submitted to the payment processor

This protects our business from fraudulent disputes.

You may cancel future coaching sessions or monthly service renewals at any time, but:
Cancellation does not trigger a refund of any past payments.

If a recurring plan is canceled, the client retains access to services until the end of the paid period.

Refunds will not be granted if the client fails to:
• Provide required documents
• Follow provided strategy or coaching instructions
• Maintain healthy credit or financial practices
• Respond to communication
• Submit bureau responses or updates
• Prevent new negative items from appearing

Completing a payment, booking a service, or using our website means you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
